Orders & Delivery

Order processing times can vary depending on our current order volume. Typically, we process orders within 2-5 business days. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing it on the next business day.

We offer standard shipping for all our orders.

For all our deliveries, we entrust Asendia to get your packages to you.

Once your order is processed, shipping to Europe typically takes 6-9 business days. For destinations outside Europe, please allow 9-19 business days for delivery.


Orders can be changed or canceled if they haven’t been processed yet. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request any modifications.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, with original tags attached.

Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Fill our Refund or Return form.

After you’ve initiated your return and completed the refund request, we’ll provide you with all the necessary information, including the return shipping address.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a return and replacement.
